Pricing Schedule (non-holidays): 5-night Minimum booking

​

$135 / night up to One Week

$125 / night minimum Two Weeks

$100 / night, plus utilities for Three or More Weeks.

Pricing Schedule ( holidays):

Thanksgiving: November 22nd - 30th.

Christmas/New Year: December 20th - Jan 4th.

$170/ night

 

​Refundable deposit of $250 is due upon booking.

$125 cleaning fee is added to all bookings.

Cancellation must be made 30 days in advance for full refund.
